Jo has been working full-time as a sports massage therapist and rehabilitator for the past 15 years. Jo worked in Osteopathic and Physiotherapy clinics until opening her own premises 10 years ago in Ipswich where her reputation as a fixer when other therapies fail has grown.
Jo’s skill set is in manual therapy using sports/deep tissue massage, mobilisations and articulations as part of your treatment in order to bring about full resolution. The client is then given any necessary lifestyle advice, stretching and exercises to continue at home.
Jo is also a CHEK (Corrective High Performance Exercise and Kinesiology) Exercise Coach and Practitioner. This includes personal training on a one-to-one basis for clients predominantly with musculoskeletal issues including Scoliosis, Arthritic knees/backs/hips, osteoporosis and clients recovering from cancer.
Jo practises what she preaches, trains hard, eats well and practises mindfulness. Outside of work – a keen football fan, getting back into golf, long walks, chilling with her family.
Lien works with internal health issues such as chronic fatigue & autoimmune disorders, helping sufferers to physically regain control of their health and quality of life.
Being a trained HRV (Heart Rate Variability) & Mitochondrial Therapy Practitioner she focuses on improving Mitochondrial health.
Mitochondria provide 90% of human energy and are one of the most essential components of health, it has been vastly overlooked despite often being the key to turning one’s health around.
Lien’s mission is to change the way we tend to health.

SleepTalk4Children offers parents a simple, non-intrusive self-esteem and behaviour change process for children (up to age 13). The process is easy to learn and quick - a 2 minute a night gift for your child/children.
The SleepTalk process is this wonderful gift. It negates the barrage of negativity that children face every day. It bolsters self-esteem, improves self-confidence, assists with anxiety issues and helps with mental conditions and physical body ailments; including eating issues and bed wetting. Your SleepTalk4Children consultant will support you to learn and apply the process, answering any questions you may have and providing consultancy tailored to you.
Ray has been involved in the fitness and health industry for 4 years. Predominantly in martial arts before qualifying as a level 3 Personal Trainer with Premier Training. Always looking to improve and expand his knowledge, experience and skill set, his goal is to do the best he can helping people improve their health and fitness.
Currently Ray is working with clients in one to one sessions and small group session with the aim to reach and exceed client's personal goals. Also, he runs fun, friendly and invigorating group circuit classes, geared towards general fitness, fat loss, muscular strength and endurance.
Kelly Goody started out as successful jobbing actress before moving to a career in aviation and working as cabin crew for Virgin Atlantic.
She trained to be a personal trainer with Premier Training International in 2008.
Up until 2011 Kelly’s worked at Fitness First in Colchester and her specialities were, personal training pre-and post-natal mums, teaching boxercise classes at Fitness First and other gyms and instructing bootcamp for DNA Bootcamp.
Just prior to the birth of her second son, Lucas, Kelly qualified with Birmingham Movement Therapy, in 2014 in remedial sports massage therapy and correctional exercise. Since then her interest in massage, movement and biomechanics have grown.
Kelly is also a qualified level 3 personal trainer, iMove Freely Instructor, Pelvic Biomecanics Assessor, SAQ International Level 1 Performance in Sport Movement and mum of two boys!!!
She is a also a member of the STA - Sports Therapy Association.
My background in theatre showed me how much strain we put our bodies though when asking it to 'perform' repeatedly day in, day out. Whether this be a for a show or a day at the office, we all get niggling aches and pains. Eventually, these little twinges get worse and if not treated, affect our ability to perform at our best.
So that's where it began! My feeling was, If I could learn to find and treat the root cause of these pains, I could stop them before they got bad enough to effect performance in every day life and on stage.
I enrolled with London School Of Sports Massage and graduated with a BTEC level 5 in Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy. Since then, I have also gained a qualification in Massage for Pregnancy and Labour with London School Of Massage.
I'm trained in a range of techniques, including Sports Massage, Soft Tissue Release, Muscle Energy Techniques, Myofascial Release and Kinesiology Taping. I use a selection of these techniques to treat your body in the most effective way. We'll work towards goals we have set together, whether this is better performance in an upcoming race, or being able to get through a day at work without getting a tension headache.

I have a bad back – Degenerative scoliosis that has trapped the sciatic nerve, the start of osteoporosis, arthritis in the spine and several bulging disks – some of it genetic and some of it is years of high impact sports. I’m of the generation that went for the “burn”!!!
I started yoga in my early 20’s to keep me flexible but as I aged, and my back deteriorated, I felt I needed more. 16 years ago a Pilates instructor began teaching at a gym I was working at in Cape Town…… AND I WAS INSTANTLY HOOKED.
I could not believe what a difference it made to how I felt, how I looked, but also what a physically challenging workout it was without jumping up and down.
Joseph Pilates, founder of this method, says that “in 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 you will see the difference and in 30 you will be on your way to having a whole new body.”
Pilates is a slow burn and doesn’t show instant results and that’s OK. To become skilled at Pilates requires time and practice, but you will get results. It has enabled me to maintain a level of fitness that no other form of exercise could achieve. I still run (if my doctor is reading this – I’m sorry I lied to you!) and cycle, and I use Pilates as pain relief on days when my back hates me.
I love to see people use Pilates to support their development in other sports and my (sceptical) duathlete husband is now attending a minimum of 3 classes a week as part of his Great Britain International competition preparation.
Each instructor takes an individual view on how Pilates is taught and this is great! We all follow the fundamentals but the exciting developments in the industry are born out of these interpretations which keeps it fresh. I have developed the Evolve™ 6-week programme for mixed ability mat work classes and the dynamic Joanne Powley Aqua-Pilates™ programme that takes your favourite workout into the water and to a whole new level!

Hi, I'm Craig May,
I am a qualified L3 Sports Massage Therapist currently studying L4 Sports Massage and Advance Manual Therapy through Sports Therapy UK.
In 1998 I qualified at a personal trainer in New Zealand and worked within the fitness industry till 2005. During this period I moved to the UK where I slowly moved away from the fitness industry although I have always held a passion for health, fitness and personal well-being.
As a result of this passion I have made the decision to come back to the fitness and health industry becoming a Sports Massage Therapist.
Having been brought up in New Zealand around a strong sporting family I have dabbled in most dry and wet sports and I have great understanding on how the body responds to exercise and fitness. As a teenager I played representative football for Hutt Valley before turning to rugby where I was selected into the Ken Gray Rugby Academy - Petone Rugby Club. When I moved to the UK I played National League Rugby Union for North Walsham Rugby Club as well as representing Eastern Counties.
In recent years I have turned to Judo, mountain biking, road cycling and kayaking.
I truly believe that my sporting experiences give me an edge to helping others in Sports Massage Therapy.
When I have down time I enjoy spending time with my German Shepherd and Siberian Husky.
