Wing Chun Classes (Self Defence)

The Chinese Martial Art of Wing Chun specialises in close-range combat making it ideal for self-defence. Due to it’s core principles of practicality, efficiency and economy of movement, Wing Chun has a speed and directness of action that is difficult to match. Because of this, Wing Chun has become recognised as one of the fastest fighting styles in the world.

The Wing Chun System we teach is broken down into 3 key components; Traditional, Self-Defence and Street Fighting.

Class numbers are limited to a maximum of 8 attendees per session due to limited space so sign up fast as places are filling quickly. People wishing to sign up when classes are full will be added to our waiting list until a space or new class becomes available or they are welcome to take up Personal Tuition instead.

Your first TWO classes are absolutely FREE

This gives you the opportunity to try several different aspects of our Wing Chun System without having to commit. Once you’ve attended your two free sessions and you decide to continue you will have the option to sign up for either 2 or 4 sessions per week.

All Memberships are paid via monthly direct debit.

Joanne Powley Pilates and Refresh Wellness have teamed up to bring you new Pilates classes at Ipswich Sports Therapy in Henley.

Based on the six-week Evolve programme, small class numbers will ensure individualised attention and guaranteed progression. All levels of skill and ability welcome.

Classes:

12.30-1.30 pm on Mondays in a block of 6 weeks

6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday evenings in blocks of 6 weeks.

Fat Burning and Fitness Circuit Classes

Come and take part in my fat burning and fitness classes. You will join a group of friendly like-minded people who work together to get fitter and healthier. The class focuses on muscular and cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and proper exercise technique and form.

The first class is a completely FREE taster session

From there on, you can enroll in a monthly signup which includes:

2 circuit classes a week

1 monthly home workout
